CVCA & SLOVCA AWARDS 2026

We aim to regularly recognize achievements in the field of private equity and venture capital. Fund managers, advisors, banks, and law firms all contribute to the growth of companies across the region, helping businesses develop and succeed through the resources provided by PE and VC investors.

As in previous years, this edition will also carry a Czech-Slovak spirit. Most entities operating in the Czech Republic are also active in Slovakia – and vice versa. Common to both markets this year are the categories Private Equity Deal of the Year, Venture Capital Exit of the Year, Impact Deal of the Year, and both Fund Manager categories. The remaining categories are divided by individual countries. Nominations from both the Czech and Slovak markets can be submitted by members of CVCA as well as SLOVCA. An independent jury will then select three finalists in each category, and the winners will be decided by online voting by CVCA and SLOVCA members.

This year, the Awarding ceremony returns to Prague, continuing the tradition of previous editions. The ceremony will take place on June 18, 2026 in the gardens of the Grand Mark Hotel in Prague.

The CVCA & SLOVCA Awards are jointly organized by the The Czech Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and the Slovak Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (SLOVCA), which bring together private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, and service providers operating in the private equity and venture capital sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Like SLOVCA, CVCA aims to develop and support the private equity and venture capital industry and to represent its interests in cooperation with Czech, Slovak and European authorities.
